Mission: Tri-City Health Center (TCHC) provides a wide spectrum of educational, healthcare, and social services to everyone, without regard to financial position, ethnicity, language, culture, sexual orientation, or any other criterion. TCHC is committed to delivering excellent health services in a caring, nurturing, and respectful atmosphere; we strive to promote optimal health, eliminate preventable diseases, and improve the quality of life for every individual and family in our community. TCHC is a fiscally responsible, independent, not-for profit community health center and a key member of a vital health service provider network.

At Tri-City Health Center, we understand that healthcare involves the entire person from head-to-toe through all stages of life from pediatrics to geriatrics. We are committed to providing quality care that services the needs of our diverse community.

Preventative Care

Tri-City Health Center focuses on keeping our patients healthy, rather than simply treating illnesses. We provide a broad spectrum of preventative services including nutritional counseling, pediatric immunizations, and many more to encourage our patients to seek care before a medical problem becomes serious and requires an emergency room visit and costly treatment.

Qualified Professionals

Good health care begins with developing a relationship with a qualified provider (doctor, nurse practitioner, physician's assistant). We hire only qualified providers who have a commitment to listening to the patient's needs and providing solutions to suit that patient's lifestyle. Our providers are reflective of the community and dedicated to providing compassionate, personal care to our patients.

Cultural Competency

Many of our patients are underserved due to lack of English linguistic skills. Our staff speak 20 languages, including Spanish, Farsi, Chinese, Hindi and Tagalog, and is provided with ongoing cultural competency training.
