Transportation

Tri-City Health Center is centrally located in Fremont, California and easily accessible to a variety of transportation options. We are conveniently located just a ten minute walk from Fremont BART station. The Centerville Train Station, in Fremont, services the Altamont Commuter Express (ACE) and the Amtrak "Capitol Corridor" train lines. The Amtrak "Capitol Corridor" train line links Fremont to both Sacramento to the north and San Jose to the south. The Altamont Commuter Express (ACE) train line travels from San Joaquin County to Santa Clara. Alameda County Transit (AC Transit) provides local bus service for western Alameda and Contra Costa counties, from Richmond in the north to Fremont in the south. Schools

Fremont Unified School District (FUSD) is among the top performing school districts in the San Francisco Bay Area. Fremont schools have been recognized frequently at the state and national level for achievements of their students. The District includes 30 elementary schools, five junior high schools, five comprehensive high schools, and a continuation high school. They serve a student population of approximately 31,000.
