From 880
Take the Mowry Avenue exit towards central Fremont and on to Mowry heading East. Tri-City Health Center's Mowry Clinic is located about 2.2 miles from the freeway on the left hand side just after Paseo Padre.
From 680
Take the Washington Blvd. exit West towards Irvington. In about a mile, Washington Blvd. will become Fremont Blvd. Stay on Fremont Blvd for another mile and turn right onto Stevenson Blvd. Turn left onto Paseo Padre and then right onto Mowry. Tri-City Health Center's Mowry Clinic is located on the left hand side of the street.
