Take the Mowry Avenue exit towards central Fremont and on to Mowry heading East. When you reach Paseo Padre Parkway, turn right and travel about 0.3 miles. Tri-City Health Center's administrative site is located on your right hand side in the "GM Building", a square, tan three story structure immediately after the Alameda County court building as you head south. The administrative office is on the second floor.

Take the Washington Blvd. exit West towards Irvington. In about a mile, Washington Blvd. will become Fremont Blvd. Stay on Fremont Blvd for another mile and turn right onto Stevenson Blvd. Turn left onto Paseo Padre Parkway. Tri-City Health Center's administrative office is located on your left hand side mid-block, across the street from Kaiser Permanente Fremont in the "GM Building", a square, tan three story structure.

Start out going Southwest on BART Way toward Civic Center Dr. Turn left onto Civic Center Drive, then right on Walnut Ave. Cross the street at Paseo Padre Parkway and then turn left on Paseo Padre Parwkay. Tri-City Health Center's administrative site is located on your right hand side in the "GM Building", a square, tan three story structure immediately after the Alameda County court building as you head south.
