Special Events
We are looking for a few good "Friends of Tri-City" to help us plan our signature event "Dancing With Your Local Stars" on May 19, 2009. Patterned after the popular TV show, local business and civic leaders are paired with professional ballroom dance instructors for a lively evening of dance competition and Silent Auction. Energetic audience participation makes for a memorable, high-energy night.
Currently, our events "committee" consists of a TCHC Board Member Chair, and one staff person, and we are hoping to expand into a bigger team.

Team Lead Opportunities:
- Sponsorship - Follow up for sponsorships and cash donation
- Silent Auction Gifts - Follow up on gift baskets, and help manage the Silent Auction
- Premier Gifts - Follow up on high quality gifts and/or gift packages for a Premiere Gifts Raffle
- Food Donations - Follow up with restaurants to provide food donations, servers, etc.
- Volunteer Lead - Finds volunteers to help out for each activity of the night
