Take the Mowry Avenue exit towards central Fremont and on to Mowry heading East. When you reach Fremont Blvd, turn right and travel about .3 miles. Turn left onto Walnut and then after two blocks, turn right onto Liberty St. Tri-City Health Center's main clinic office is located on your left hand side mid-block.

From 680:
Take the Washington Blvd. exit West towards Irvington. In about a mile, Washington Blvd. will become Fremont Blvd. Stay on Fremont Blvd for another mile and turn right onto Stevenson Blvd. Turn left onto Liberty St. Tri-City Health Center's main clinic office is located on your right hand side mid-block.

From BART:
Start out going Southwest on BART Way toward Civic Center Dr. Turn left onto Civic Center Drive, right on Walnut Ave, and then left onto Liberty St. Tri-City Health Center's main clinic office is located on your left hand side mid-block.
