How To Pay For Your Care
Our member services department will work closely with you to determine your eligibility for public medical insurance coverage. Once enrolled in an insurance program,
- the cost to you will be minimal
- total cost will be different depending on eligibility and insurance program
Patients that do not qualify for any type of publicly funded insurance program, and can not afford to pay full price for their medical care, may qualify to pay for services on a sliding fee scale.
TCHC has developed a sliding fee scale based on:
- your income
- family size
If you qualify for this program you will be asked to pay for part of your doctor fee and part of the fee if you need lab work and/or medication.
