TCHC is committed to providing you with excellent health services in a courteous and professional manner. To ensure that you receive the best possible care we ask you to:
- make appointments in advance when possible
- be on time for your scheduled appointments
- call 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel an appointment
- notify TCHC of any changes in your telephone number or address
- always bring your insurance card or information to each appointment

Releasing Patient Information
TCHC has specific procedures regarding loved ones who may want to receive more detailed updates about your condition. Federal privacy laws mandate that we only provide your specific health information to those individuals who are active in your care or that you elect to tell.
TCHC Supports Child Abuse Prevention
Because child abuse and neglect occurs in every community, TCHC is proud to partner with many local organizations to help prevent child abuse.
Making Health Care Decisions: Advance Directives
You have the right to make health care decisions about what treatment you wish or do not wish to receive. TCHC will honor your right to make such decisions; however, anyone may lose the ability to make health care decisions due to illness or an accident, and end-of-life health care decisions may come up at any time.
