What to expect when you get to the clinic
When you arrive at a TCHC clinic please notify front desk staff why you are there and they will assist you.
If you are a new patient, you will be asked to fill out forms to determine your eligibility for public insurance programs.
The forms will have questions about:
- health history
- current symptoms
- income
- age
- disability status
Generally, after you have completed the necessary paperwork, you will:
- meet with one of our member services representatives
- see one of our medical providers.
Please plan to arrive early to fill out the necessary paperwork.
