Tri-City Health Center HIV Care and Treatment services include:

• specialty medical care
• case management
• emergency financial assistance
• mental health
• housing assistance services

These programs are funded through the Ryan White Care Act, city grants and private foundations. We also provide:

• benefits advocacy
• assistance applying for medication access programs
• anonymous partner notification

Testing and disclosure assistance is available through our staff and the Alameda County Public Health Department.
